March Fun Run
Just Around the Corner!
Wednesday, March 8 will be our first Fun Run of the Season. This will be held at The Dome Sports Bar and Grill, 1338 S. Commercial St., Neenah. It will be Taco Wednesday Night; Free Tacos and Beer. There will be a 5k and 10k route leaving at 6 p.m. Remember we always encourage all ages and abilities are welcome. More info or questions contact gloria@dutrirun.com or 920-562-1885.

THE OLDER YOU GET, THE BETTER YOU CAN GET
Caroline Marler, 72, heads for the finish line of the women's #200m event, 70-74 year old age group, at The BMAF British Masters Athletics Federation indoor #nationalchampionships at the EIS - Sheffield last weekend, taking Gold in an extremely impressive 35.64secs. Another extraordinarily talented and hard-working #mastersathlete, Caroline excels in the #heptahlon events, something reflected in the four gold medals and one silver she took at these championships. If anyone wants to have role models of how to be and look in their 70s, come and see masters athletes in action.
We might not all end up being masters athletes - that's not the point - but what we can all do is raise our activity levels a little. That's what watching masters athletes in action inspires us to do.
